New Meeting Times

It has been agreed by members to change the meeting times for 2011. We will meet in the afternoons during the winter months and in the evenings for the summer months.

Meetings are held weekly at the 'Old School' Cwmdauddwr and will be held as follows:

    • Wednesday afternoons 1 to 3pm up to and including 30 March 2011
    • Wednesday evenings 7 to 9 pm from 6 April to 28 September 2011
    • Wednesday afternoons 1 to 3pm from 5 October until December 2011.

'Views of the Valley' Exhibition
A stunning new collection of paintings and drawings from members of the Rhayader Art Group to celebrate their fifth anniversary. Original paintings, prints and cards will be exploring artistic aspects of the Elan Valley; to include land and waterscapes, wildlife, woodland and architecture.
 Open from 10am to 5.30pm at the
Elan Valley Visitor Centre

 

 

A recent sketching trip to Angela's farm - a very enjoyable evening and a chance for sketching farm aninmals including lambs and the lovely pony 'Jas'.
